LetterMark® email is licensed on an annual “right of use” basis, for one or three year periods. License fees include customer support, hosting of email templates and database information and all LetterMark client software upgrades and new releases during the license period.

A setup fee is applied to the purchase of the first year’s licenses (waived for three year agreements). Three templates are included with the initial license. Further design services are available for an extra fee.
